We appointed Beaver Loft Conversions to carry out a loft conversion on our Victorian terraced property 1 year ago (installing 2 bedrooms and a bathroom), and were delighted with the results. Very competitive price, excellent quality of work and really nice/trustworthy lads. So much so we have subsequently had them back to carry out additional work (creating a downstairs cloakroom WC and boarding out/installing a ladder in an additional loft area). Would definitely recommend.
