We worked with Paul to completely remodel and extend our 60/70's house in West Wellow. Paul was happy to work with our vision for the house and suggested designs that guided us through the process. He is very professional, organised and easy to work with, he came up with creative ideas but always understood the budgets we were working within. Very professional service. Landford Architectural Services drew up clear and thorough extension plans in record time, made some minor changes speedily and without a quibble. Acquired planning permission for the planned extension with great surprise, as what almost seemed like an impossible task, was turned into possible.

Paul came to us on a recommendation and I knew from the moment I spoke to him on the phone he would deliver. We have a bungalow on a plot we were wanting to demolish and build a new house. Paul listened to our requirements carefully and came up with a couple of outline proposals for us to consider in the first instance. Having decided which one we would like to pursue he came up with detailed plans that the builder commented on as being very clear and thorough. Paul continued to monitor how things were going as the build proceeded and kept in contact with the builder at regular intervals. I knew he was always on hand to seek further advice or guidance at any point through the build, should it be needed. The finished product has exceeded our hopes and expectations and we are grateful
