If additional access is required outside of normal office hours (8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.) a gate key may be issued for a returnable 20 deposit. After the minimum 1 month period has lapsed, 14 days' notice of termination must be given. Failure to pay the monthly storage charge will result in the customer being denied access to their unit and the contents will subsequently be sold at public auction to recover any losses incurred by Exmouth Self Storage.
