However the reality is within a few years Algae, Black Mold & Red Mold often appears on the surface of the render making it look old and dirty. Some companies will even suggest painting the surface but this is costly and 99% of the time completely unnecessary.

Our conservatory has been cleaned way above and beyond our expectations.....and, Simon Godber is a great advert for his company. A very personable character he went way beyond what we had expected. Simon worked on some stubborn graffiti on the side of my house. When it didn't come off at first go he repeated the procedure a number of times until he could do no more. He was committed to doing a good job and even lost money because of the amount of materials he used. But he didn't complain or try to renegotiate the deal. The graffiti was all but gone by the time he had finished. I don't think other firms would have persisted as he did. Amazing service.
