I have known Paul for a while now. He and his team have done two jobs for me. The most recent was a big refurbishment job including a new fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom and painting/decorating. I was really pleased with the work which was carried out to a very good standard. Paul kept be abreast of the work being carried almost on a daily basis and was willing to listen to feedback as the job was progressing. Kept the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are really pleased with our new bathroom. From the help in the design by Matthew. Work was carried out to an excellent standard and charged exactly to the quote. We appreciate the skill and attention to detail shown by the fitters, Paul and Matthew. All their hard work throughout the job, and making sure our place was clean and tidy at the end of each day. We've had a family bathroom and en-suite completed by Horizon. Paul and his team of fitters have been excellent and easy to deal with from the start. The quality of the fit is excellent and the fitters are very mindful of being in your house and are clean and tidy along the way. Bathroom re-fitted
I recently had my bathroom refitted to incorporate a shower cubicle which meant re-positioning all of the sanitary-ware. I found all members of the team very helpful and professional. Work commenced on the planned day, the fitter discussed each stage of the instillation with me to ensure I was happy before progressing and the work was inspected daily. The overall look was important to me given the addition of a shower cubical in the room and I wasn't disappointed. The few issues that did arise were dealt with promptly. I believe this after sale service is of the utmost importance
