Services
Agreements under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 allow developers to make permanent improvements or alterations to the public highway under a legal agreement with the Highway Authority. We are fully conversant with the requirements of Section 278 works and skilled in delivering highway improvements that fulfil the terms of the legal agreements with Local Authorities.
With the flexibility of our own resources, we are able to work with housing developers to meet their build programmes on time and within budget. Since the company was formed, we have worked on a variety of housing projects for local and national housing developers delivering Section 38 infrastructure and the associated groundworks across the West Midlands and North West.
Working in partnership with national contractors we are supporting the delivery of highways and transportation schemes on Term Contracts and long-term Frameworks. We have experience of projects that includes junction and highway improvements, traffic safety schemes, footway improvements, pedestrian safety schemes, residents parking schemes, bridge strengthening, public realm hard landscaping and car park improvements and construction.
Working with clients to improve the public realm is an essential part of our business. We are familiar with working in busy environments with high levels of traffic and pedestrian traffic and recognise our responsibilities to maintain a safe environment for the public. Our personnel are able to provide improvements to the public realm of the highest quality using a range of natural and manufactured landscaping materials.
