FINC Architects opened its doors in 2013 with the aspiration of providing quality architecture that exceeds the expectations of our clients. Beset with ambition and a rigid growth plan, the directors began recruiting exceptionally talented staff, to ensure our team would quickly establish FINC within the industry.
Juan joins the technical team, having undertaken architectural and structural engineer training. His varied skillset enables him to find solutions to problems that are deliverable, cost-effective and aesthetically resolved. Having an architect on the technical team also aids with the transition of projects from planning to technical.
Good service; that's about people too! It's about us communicating with our clients and establishing relationships. We strongly believe that a good working environment is key to providing a quality service. We consider the design process a collaborative one, where all of the design team has valid input.
At FINC, we treat all projects as opportunities. Some projects enable us to hone the skills we've already established and others enable us to learn something new. In either case, we approach all projects, regardless of size, difficulty or sector in the same way; with the desire to provide our clients with the best possible service, whilst ensuring the quality of our work is of the very highest standard.
