We are NICEIC approved contractors, we are fully insured & our engineers are trained to the current edition of BS7671 wiring regs.

At Connectrix we cover every aspect of electrical design and installation including domestic, agricultural, commercial & industrial. Based in Taunton we generally cover the South West region. However we do work nationally for a handful of clients.

About Us Report

Today we continue to grow from strength to strength using the same branding, reputation & standard of work, however we now operate as a LTD company without Matthew Cowley. Before the government cut the FIT tariffs for Solar PV that was our bread & butter. However after the cuts we had to move into other areas to secure work.

We have a wealth of experience in the design, installation & maintenance of renewable energy systems. We can install solar panel systems (PV) and the wiring for solar thermal, air source (ASHP) & ground source (GSHP) systems to any property as well as conduct maintenance and servicing as and when required.

We can update your home or work telephone systems to modern CAT-5e/ CAT6 cabling. This increases home internet capabilities and allows modern technologies such as TV, internet and other communication devices to operate more effectively. We can diagnose & repair all telephone wiring issues including master socket & ADSL filter issues.

Nathan and his team have been our go to electricians since working on a small kitchen refurb in 2016 they are super professional and just lovely to have around the house. He recently helped me out when my mum who has dementia, electrics failed , most would have said 24 hours but Nathan fitted the visit in on his lunch break .
