Sammy and his team did an amazing job with my property which was in a state - rotten and creaking floor boards. They replaced the bad ones and sanded and varnished the existing wooden floors in all the rooms(living, dining and hallways). They arrived on time and finished the job 2 days earlier than scheduled with qualitative perfection. Impressive!! I so won't hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE.

Sammy, Jacob and Christian did an excellent job of our wooden floors. Initially we wanted to do the living room and the dining room only, but when we lifted the carpet in our bedroom, the children’s room and the hallway there was the same wood throughout, however it looked very old, almost buried under a thin layer of cement. I did not know whether it could be restorable or not. I had three companies that came around to gives an estimate, we choose Sammy because he knew everything about wood and floors. The simple review is, Sammy & his guys did excellent work. For those of you that are interested in an honest review based on genuine works undertaken I will go into more detail. After lifting carpet in two bedrooms & exposing some old parquet flooring, the decision to make was whether to re: carpet or have the wood sanded & polished. After a quick internet search, I found West End Flooring (based on their previous work carried out). Sammy came round that evening & took a look round; he saw the two rooms & said the wood was fantastic & might be under the laminate flooring in the hall, lounge & dining
