Needed a new window locking bar for our 30 year old windows - everyone, including the original supplier could not assist but Scott at Imperial couldn't have been more helpful, produced a massive parts catalogue, found the part and ordered it for me. Wish I had gone to Imperial Windows first and will definitely be going there 1st in the future for any of my window issues !!
