Does this mean that we can't obtain big discounts on certain Kitchen/Bathroom items that the 'Big Boys' can - or certain internet providers can? In a word yes, but that doesn't mean that you can't obtain bargains for yourself and we can still fit for you.
Just a word of caution though, sometimes bargains are not all they seem, that's where part of our free impartial advice comes in. Does this mean that I/We have to start trawling Shops/Showrooms/Brochures again? No. We can supply you with everything, kitchens/Bathrooms/Bedrooms/Tiles/Appliances/Advice without you leaving the comfort of your front room.

Had Brian and Karen, to do our kitchen and bathroom , I have waited 6 months to review just in case there were problems and I am pleased to report the kitchen is as good as the day it was fitted absolutely over the moon, we did have a problem with the flush mechanism on the loo after about 3 months which wasn’t there fault however I phoned Brian for advice and he was able to source us a replacement part and fitted it for free , great service highly recommend these people in fact my sister is having them in the new year, thank you both so much, keep up the good work 👍

Brian and Karen fitted us a kitchen first problem when our induction hob stopped working we realised that they had tiled over the plug so we had to pay £400 for an electrician to wire a new one to the main box why on earth would you tile over the main cooker socket ? a year on from that we needed a new washing machine and fridge that's when we realised what a bodge job they'd done the washing machine and fridge were completely boxed in by the kitchen units , Brian had literally built around our appliances , had to cut holes out of the units to get the washing machine and fridge out , complete

Hired them because their quote for a bathroom renovation was cheaper than others. However 2 months after the job a large wet patch appeared on the newly re-plastered and painted living room ceiling. I contacted Brian and asked him to come and sort the problem which he refused to do. Dyno rod confirmed the leak was from a poorly installed bath waste. The workmanship of Advance Improvements is not the best to be frank, the sealant around the bath was terrible and disintegrated after only 2 months and had to be redone. Also the mosaic ceramic tiles are not properly installed and look very uneven.
