Carlos and Pedro were very pleasant people. However unfortunately things didn't go as planned. I was moving from a 1 bedroom house. It is true that I had a lot of clothes, plus a small wardrobe, bed, TV, and chest of drawers (which didn't need disassembly). However, it took 2 MTC movers, plus me and my sister (in the last 2.5 hours) in total of 5 hours to pack and load the van. Hence, there wasn't enough time left for the unpacking - which I was promised. Just one year ago, I had the same stuff packed and loaded by

Excellent service once again!
I used MTC London removals company for my move within London 2 years ago and was really impressed by their service. Hence, I have recently used them once again when I had to move out of London. The service has remained excellent. My movers were Ailton and Pedro – they were very courteous, hard working and treated my belongings with great care and respect.

They were very professional movers - on time, good attitudes and also helped me to take apart and put back together my electric treatment bed. They were not the cheapest company I was quoted, but seemed most reliable as all drivers and vans were owned by the same person/company and not outsourced to third parties (I had worries about drivers not turning up as has happened in the past when companies do this.) Saying that they were also not the most expensive so I found their service very good value for the money. Highly recommend and more than happy to give 5 stars 👍

MTC were absolutely great. They arrived a bit earlier and worked like machines to get us moved within a couple of hours! The two men who helped us were polite and trustworthy. No damage to anything that was transported. We were so pleased with the service from the start to the finish. Couldn’t have been easier & was excellent value. Will definitely use them again.

MTC has been very approachable, friendly and professional in advising the packing, removal and delivery of my house contents. From Carlos as an organiser and manager of my house move to the packer and removal experts, they are all very courteous, helpful and efficient in their roles and contribution to a stress-free and extremely satisfied house move. Although many people felt and probably experienced bad time during house move, MTC has certainly made the experience a very pleasant one indeed. My heartfelt thanks to Carlos and his expert teams.
