At Redwood, we process every order we receive with the utmost speed, care and attention. Orders for stock parts that do not require any manufacturing or modifying can normally be dispatched same working day if ordered before midday. Curtain kits and replacement strips are all made to order. But we aim to dispatch these within the same time frame.
Whatever type of strip curtain you're interested in, it's essential you get right measurements before making a purchase or requesting a quote. The measuring points are not the same for all door types and / or cabinet formats. Height (H): Measure from the underside of the door lintel / frame all the way to the ground.
QuickMount rails are recommended for free flow curtains in areas where user safety is key. PVC strips fit onto the toughened polypropylene rail without the need for fixing plates. So, if any become detached, there are no sharp-edged metal parts to fall and cause injury. They come in standard 610mm lengths that are quick and easy to fit, can be surface or soffit mounted and linked together to span any width.

Called up very late afternoon with some queries and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to shop around but liked what I had heard on the phone so placed an order. Despite this being a bespoke made-to-order product and me ordering very late in the afternoon, I was very pleasantly surprised to have it delivered the next day. The product was very easy to install and is very well built. Couldn't have provided a better service!
