Services
Designed by Stella Dourtme, senior architect at Zaha Hadid Architects, our showroom is a modern, but cozy gallery setting, incorporating our rugs, cushions and wallpaper collection, complemented by a curated selection of handmade makers and niche brands including jewellery, glass art and ceramics. The space is designed around a beautiful, central fireplace, to help you envisage the way the rug would look in a home setting.
We are absolutely positive that you will love your rug, however if for any reason you need to return your order we will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Your notice must be in writing and it must be emailed to our business email address: info@sonyawinner.com. The goods have not been used and are returned in their original packaging in pristine condition.
We can help you see what our rugs will look like in your home before you purchase by creating digital visuals for you. This will ensure you get right Size, Shape and Colour to achieve the style and mood you're aiming for in your interior. On each product page in our Rug Collection you will find a purple button called "Visualise this rug in your room".
We create custom rugs - bespoke rugs that reflect your personal taste and design vision. Sonya works with a limited number of clients each year to create bespoke or uniquely commissioned designs.
Working directly with private clients, interior designers, architects and corporate clients, this is a highly personalised service designed to create custom rugs which are unique and tailored to meet the requirements of a specific interior, colour scheme, space or perhaps to complement existing furniture or artworks.

Cristina was with me every step of the way: she was responsive, knowledgeable and lovely to work with. The three rugs I bought (Bubbles, After Matisse and Stepping Stones) were delivered earlier than scheduled and have added unique design elements to my home.

We have been looking for years to upgrade our living room rug. Just could not find anything of quality that appealed to our taste. Visited Sonya Winner studio when we were in London and were treated so professionally by Cristina. We were interested in two designs and were given rug samples to take with us. Once back home we received visualizations of their rugs in our space. We chose the Rothko-esque Grey, sized XL. We ordered in March 2020 just as the Covid crisis was heating up in both US and UK. Despite this we were kept up to date regarding the manufacturing of our rug in India. When it was

There aren't enough adjectives or descriptive words to truly describe Sonya's work, I have been watching her for six years in anticipation of purchasing one of her rugs. They are truly unique in design. The quality is suburb. And I can't stop staring at the choice of colors used. On top of all that, she is a delight to do business with. She is communicative and ever so helpful and so is her staff. They will help you determine what size would be best for your room and then they will visually place it so you can see what it will look like. By having this visual image, it is then easier to finish

I ordered a beautiful runner from SonyaWinner.com and was extremely happy and thrilled when I received it. After placing it in the hall, it turned out that the rug was a bit too high to fit under the opening door. I called to ask what the solution could be and I was blown away by the courteousness, the professionalism and the fantastic service which I received. The new runner is in place and looks beautiful! I discovered Sonya Winner’s “bubbles” rug a few years ago and have been planning to purchase one ever since. We’re finally in a “permanent” space and almost immediately purchased the rug, and it’s as wonderful as it seems. It has real “energy,” and sets the space for fun, laughter, and joy!
Staff were so helpful in making sure I got the right size for my space through their visualization process, plus they sent a sample so I could confirm the stunning colors. I ended up getting a “standard” size and the rug arrived quickly, well packaged and protected.
