Superb service throughout. An efficient response to my initial enquiry about removal of a big wasp nest my builders had discovered high up in the rafters under the roof; and then a very knowledgable, charming and efficient man who came early the nexst morning to do the job. He determined the nest was dormant and rescued layers of honecomb from in it to give to various children to take to school He gave me intgersting facts about it to pass on to them too. All-in-all a superb service; and I will certainly be using them again should any other pests decide to take up residence.

We had a mouse problem last Christmas and after much effort and failure to get rid of them called in Combat Pest Control. What a really nice bunch of guys - arrived on time, did a very thorought job and got rid of the little critters. The staff are just so professional and thorough - and it was Christmas Eve

I work for a large homeless charity running accommodation services across London, and have always found Combat to helpful, efficient and up to the challenge.

Staff were rude, the bird netting they installed broke after 3 weeks and they left staples/rings all over the pavement which I had to pick up. Maybe they might be good with bed bugs etc but they have very little knowledge about wildlife, seem to prefer to just shoot rather than deter. Wouldn't recommend at all

I emailed on a Sunday, had a response and confirmed booking same day. On the agreed day, an extremely professional employee arrived on time, looked at the nest, explained exactly what he was going to do, did it, discussed what would happen next, all done in a friendly, easy to understand way. Superb service all round and no wasps seen in the week since the visit. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to end. The ladies in the call centre were all lovely, really polite and informative. I got Rob sent out to me twice, he was excellent, I can't rate him highly enough. He was professional, polite, very informative and just a really nice guy. It's been a week now and my problem seems to be sorted, really relieved and grateful to Combat and Rob. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have had issues with an infestation of ants and flying ants the past few weeks and decided to use Combat on the basis of the reviews and ratings they have. We are so pleased with the service they provided and the knowledge and expertise was outstanding. Sean and Andew in particular were incredibly helpful and patient!
