With over 30 years experience in sales and flooring, we made the decision to open our own showroom. Following a thorough search for the ideal premises, the old chemists at Bank Chambers, Penn Hill Avenue, came on the market. After a couple of months dealing with legalities, the keys finally were in our hands.

We at Penn Hill Flooring Ltd have a wide and varied range of floor coverings to offer, for those just starting out, new family homes, established homes and lots more. We have an exceptional range of carpet samples, vinyl flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, engineered wood and laminate. Offering free survey, estimate and advice, with no imitation sales or hidden charges, just a friendly, honest service is our aim.

We as an independent, local business also support local suppliers, a wide range of British Manufacturers as well as hoping to make every customer feel welcome. Bank Chambers is such a lovely place to work, everyone one is friendly and neighbourly, within the first few weeks of opening, almost every trader had called in to introduce themselves and wish us well.

We offer a full service from start to finish. From uplift of old and floor preparation to the finishing touches we are there all the way. Our estimator will give advice on any work that requires completing before your new flooring is laid and this advice comes absolutely FREE of charge.

Recently had my kitchen floor vinyl by this Company and couldn't be more happy and impressed with the the standard of work! Carl kno job and was both efficient and tidy throughout the day. Friendly family concern. Gave them a go after finding the big nationals short on service and, surprisingly, on choice. Jenny is very helpful as front of house and there is a lovely range of carpets. Carl, as fitter, is tidy, punctual and economical (does about 30 square metres to a litre of tea). Highly recommended for a personal approach from a local business.
