J Walker Brickwork Ltd has been supplying bricklayers to both residential and commercial contractors for over 20 years. We service Manchester, Bolton, Preston, Wigan, Warrington and the North West. During that time our aim has always remained consistent, to provide a quality service within timescale and budget.

Our business commenced trading in 1994 and adhering to our company ethos allowed us to expand over the years, compiling an impressive client list with many of the country's major housebuilders and North West's regional contractors. Due to the major growth in business the company became limited in 2002 and employs between 90 and 120 operatives on a subcontractor/cards in basis.
The management of the company has expanded to facilitate our continual growth over the decades, with a mix of professionals and tradesmen from varying backgrounds such as site engineers, bricklayers and quantity surveyors all with diverse experience in different industry sectors. Promotions from within our workforce are a key factor of our development along with our commitment to train and nurture the next generation of construction operative.

Quarterly bricklaying gang assessments carried out for quality, cleanliness, reliability and safety in their methods of working.
J. Walker Ltd offer a comprehensive range of bricklaying services to the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. Through our experience and knowledge, we can assist our clients through the entire process from pre-tender until final account. Upon receipt of a brickwork package our commercial department will quantify, price and return to the client a total cost for the project.
