This shop is an absolute time waster! If you do not bother to ship to overseas, just say so on your website or tell your customers when you reply their emails. Don't tell your customers to expect a shipping quotation from you and you guys just disappear off the face of the earth afterward!

I ordered the wrong tool by mistake emailed them straight away ( which was at 0430 am on a Saturday morning) they had rectified my error by 0900, emailed a few days later to let me know there was a delay from their supplier and they'd send it on a next day delivery as soon as they received it, tool came with in 5 working days, customer service was second to none will definitely be using these guys and recommending them to others!!

Refused to refund a faulty fan. Rude customer service. Extremely unhappy - buyer beware. £55 down and no fan. Will look to get funds back via PayPal buyer protection. Hassle no one needs. Not surprised to see other unhappy customers on here and trust pilot.

Fantastic place to buy quality electrical goods. always try B and Q for a quick price check, then try RS Electrical Supplies at Cradley Heath. They are the same price and the quality of items you get are so much better than the cheap tat at B&Q. Brilliant.
RS Electrical Supplies always so helpful on the phone, they give the same advice and help if you are buying £20K or £20 worth of orders.
