Apex Loft Conversions has been successfully carrying out loft conversions and attic extensions since being established in 1986, to a standard second to none. We provide a service from start to finish incorporating an initial free survey, Submission of a detailed specification / estimate to the supply of Architects drawings needed to gain local authority approvals.
Dormer windows can vary in size and can be constructed in various styles, from a flat roof to a hipped, gabled, twin pitched or even a triangular design all of these being subject to roof height and customer requirements. Loft conversion
From our first interaction with Paul explaining the options for our loft conversion we knew we were in good hands.
The estimate for the work was to take 7 weeks, it was completed in 6 with Mike and Chris working to exceptionally high standards and kept us updated on the work schedule.
Every day they turned up and were friendly, polite and respected our home while working. All of their work was carried out with minimum disruption to us as we were both working from home, at the end of each day the loft space and surroundings were left tidy and required minimal clean up from us

From the first contact with Paul explaining our loft conversion options, to Mike, Chris and Darryn turning up to complete the work, I cannot give APEX Loft Conversions enough high praise. The work conducted is to the highest of standards by guys who clearly know what they are doing within alloted timescales and budgets. The guys on site daily were friendly, polite and on time. Their ability to offer advice to fixtures and fittings including layout during the process is handy and makes you feel in control of what you truly want as an end product. All work was carried out with the minimum of disruption

Paul and his team finished our conversion, including an en suite, a few weeks ago. Our loft space was fairly tight because of the structure of the house so we had a gable end construction and a large dormer. The stairs took a chunk out of our old master bedroom.
The team were on site every day during the work and were easy to work with. Obviously there was mess, but they organised the project well so that evenings of cleaning were minimised! I kept in touch with Paul regularly and he made sure everything met my requirements. The guys have popped back today and sorted a couple of doors that needed

Fantastic company who have done a loft conversion for us. The best communicators in the business (who hasn't tried to get hold of a builder for weeks on end! Paul at Apex is great at responding to any queries promptly) who have done a top quality job for us with a loft bedroom and en suite. Looks great, builders cleaned up brilliantly every day, lovely guys to have around and the work is very very good. Could go on(!) but they really are the best builders all round that we have ever used.

First class service from Apex.. nothing was too much trouble despite me continuing to add works to the project. Paul was happy to answer any questions almost immediately and available on site when ever I asked.. the boys were amazing and a pleasure to have around, kept me informed each day of what was happening and really aware of mine and my children's safety during school holidays... it's a messy job, but these guys were tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. I received advice and guidance throughout the process from Paul and the builders on site which means I've got exactly what I wanted
