The owner needs to realize his niche company is ten to a penny unless you have etiquettes on how to talk to potential paying customers... You might as well shut shop and move on... Fantastic company! Just had new garage doors, they look fabulous! Just had a garage door installation upgrade carried out by CBL garage doors. What can I say, throughly satisfied from first point of contact to handover. Chris turned up as arranged and on time and discussed my options, what was refreshing was the no flash salesman pitch, but more direct and knowledgeable advice given which was well received and understood, no grey areas to get tripped up over or to hide any hidden costs. Shocking after sales service. Roller door fitted in November 2018. Scratches soon started to appear within months, manufacturer Alluguard, came to inspect saying there was nothing wrong with it? The scratches are getting worse and deeper, so contacted CBL who I purchased the door from costing £1700
They are refusing to do anything further and suggested I contact the manufacturer myself.
Amateurs, also put brown silicone around an Anthracite grey door, which had to be cut out and redone prior to payment.

Excellent Garage Door from Chris and The Team at CBL.
After requesting a quotation, the MD visited our property the next day to measure for a wood effect golden oak colour electric roller shutter door for our garage.
The price quoted beat all other local and national suppliers after some research, fitting and finished were included in the cost (no extra cost above the cost of the door).
After the measure, we were sent a plethora of information and options including brochures and online material; our chosen door was delivered and fitted (the same day, in less time than a morning) two weeks later

CBL recently fitted a new garage door and serviced another. Both jobs were brilliantly done. The Fitter was polite and did an excellent job. I had to ring to ask for technical help because the power supply to the electric door had to be isolated due to house repairs, this caused the mechanism to revert to default. CBL gave first class help via the telephone. They talked me through how to reset the door motor and in no time everything was fine. I fully recommend and endorse their work. Thank you CBL!
