Spoke to a ''Amelia'' this morning regarding a debt for which the company has not paid to our client, this lady abused me over the telephone for chasing monies owed by the company and screamed at me ''go and dig your scouse mother out of the grave you horrible scouse cxxt'' this company has ducked our client for many months for payment and even worse they have supplied windows that do not fit and has left the house unsecure for our client, absolute disgusting company,

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Extremely rude and when I tried to explain the issue we were having with our windows I was told "I don't care. It's my company and I'll do what I like." Good luck to them.
You are actually hilarious. You told me your terms & conditions have changed since we had our windows installed and when I questioned that you, said you you can do what you like. I laughed at your aggressive attitude on the phone and I do the same now.

Used this company many times and have recommended them to lots of friends and family over the last 15 years. However, the last few weeks have been very disappointing in terms of service from the office/admin staff who have failed to respond to my requests or even return my calls or even reply to my emails. Last week she was rude and unhelpful. Today, she even put the phone down on me in an aggressive manner! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I feel thoroughly let down and can no longer recommend this company.

Customer Service is terrible!! I made three orders and yet Emilia the owner didn’t want to
hear my complains. Another words I had no right to provide feedback the way she handles my questions. Which was an update of my orders! In a way she doesn’t care about customer concerns and service. I am very very disappointed with this horrible behaviour. She eventually hang up the phone on me😡
You know It’s not true. I have already paid deposit for my mother in laws order. Why would I ask for discount now?! A customer to make a complain about not having updates on the orders, and asking to rectify

We have used this company in the past and turned back to them to change two panels in the existing windows they had installed some years ago. We had a surprisingly unpleasant experience on this occasion - over the course of the last two weeks. Staff was rude, did not turn up for an appointment on Saturday and didn't cancel. Instead came on Sunday unannounced, said they understood what needs to be done and promised to call back next week. No one did. When chased up over the phone promised to call back and didn't again.
