Lee and his team were fantastic when coming to give my Hot Tub a full service in this very cold January weather , which included turning the Tub around so I could see my back gate!Great advise given in an easy to understand way. Most Efficient, Tidy and making sure I was happy with what they did.

We’ve just hired a hottub for the second time from Hunsbury Hot Tubs. These guys are so professional and efficient. The hottub is delivered right to your door and setup for you, and they give you everything you need to maintain it for your hire time. We literally can’t fault the service it’s so nice to be able to have a hottub delivered right to your back garden! We will definitely be hiring from them again anytime we want a bit of back garden luxury!

We hired a Rio tub back in July-August, they couldn’t have been more helpful and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Loved it so much we decided to buy one! The pump on our hot tub broke and called the team at Hunsbury Hot tubs. Initially spoke to Lee but it was James who came out to inspect it. They then ordered and fitted a new one within just over a week and all now working well. Good friendly service and would recommend :)

I would give more stars if I could, Lee and Phil did a tremendous job in getting our hot tub in, it was a tricky route in to the position we wanted it but they did a fantastic job, taking time and absolute care. Nothing was too much trouble, utterly professional and it was apparent that Lee cares so much about his business and ensuring customer satisfaction... a rare thing at time these days. We are not happy with this company at all. They actually broke 4 of my jets when trying to fix a leak and I am having to pay for new ones myself. They have been unprofessional and unhelpful especially with regards to sourcing the correct products that they broke.
