What excellent service. All sorted within a couple of hours from initial phone call, and it wasn't straight forward given the age of the old locking system. Shane was polite and professional the whole time and stuck to his original quote, despite the problems caused by the door not fitting properly.. good stuff.

After braking the front door lock at 11pm, luckily is was locked shut, I needed a locksmith to come over as soon as possible the next day.
I did some research into local locksmiths and Haleslocks came highly recommended, so messaged that night.
Shane came over first thing the next day to fix the broken lock and on closer inspection it was a broken gearbox (me then thinking this is a door not a car!).
He was very professional, took it apart in front of me and explained it all (no jargon) and what needed to be done.
His quote was the final cost including VAT and there were absolutely no hidden

Used HalesLocks when my tenants were locked out after the key broke in the lock. Service was superb - friendly and responsive (property was accessed in about half an hour), and additional work to replace the worn lock carried out in the same visit. Service was good value, invoicing very prompt and easy to settle. Would recommend these guys without hesitation.
