Founded in 1998 by George and Christine Greatorex, the Academy of Design has developed an excellent reputation with both our customers and trading partners. A massive thank you to Andy for helping us design and purchase our kitchen this month, the service was done through a video call and then a quick nip to the shop once open. Nathan and Darren that fitted the… kitchen for us did a great job and they were so tidy and efficient! Highly recommended we are so thrilled with how the kitchen looks and the quality of the whole kitchen and appliances.

From start to finish the whole experience was made easy by a superb team, every day things ran smoothly and with no problems,attention to detail was great, all the installation team did a superb job and they filled you with confidence that you were going to have an amazing new kitchen, and the end result was WOW. Eight months down the line from having my kitchen designed and fitted by AoD I am still absolutely delighted with it. The designers were so helpful in ensuring that the kitchen met my needs and was within my budget and all the tradesmen who undertook the various jobs required were so professional, friendly and respectful of my home. The whole process of removing my old kitchen and fitting my new one was done like clockwork in two weeks. If you are looking to replace your current kitchen I would certainly recommend Academy of Design to you.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Great team - beginning with designer Rob who had so much patience with my dithering and changing my mind. Given a complete break down of costs and a detailed itinerary of the work to be done each day. All tradesmen very professional, friendly and easy to get on with. Kitchen completely gutted on day one and had my beautiful finished kitchen by day 14. All visitors admire the kitchen and I recommend Academy of Design to everyone. Thank you Academy.

We’re absolutely delighted with our recently fitted new kitchen/utility room. It was important to us to use a local company. Andy produced an excellent design after listening to our dislikes about the old kitchen and making some good suggestions. We were provided with a timetable of what would happen and when, and everything went like clockwork… on the installation. All the tradesmen were efficient, prompt, tidy, and unfailingly helpful. A really big thanks to Andy and the Academy of Design tradesmen, for transforming my old kitchen into an absolutely wonderful modern kitchen.

They provided me with a Timetable, which was really useful as I was able to plan my day and know what was happening throughout the entire project.
