Very disappointed with the bonded driveway they installed, as after only 18 months a number of cracks and a large patch appeared. No adequate response received after numerous attempts to contact Dan Lane. I suspect that the wrong mix was used but he has not even been to view the driveway since I first told him in 2019 and it is just getting worse.

Dan and his team were recommended by a friend and we are so pleased we chose them. We got the team into create a new entertaining area to accommodate our family. This required removing old walls and rebuilding to create a larger area. We then Chose our new paving to use based on Dans efforts to supply use with many samples. The new area is great and we have now even invested in a brand new hot tub for the new terrace. We asked Dan and his Team while they were here for their thoughts on another disused area behind our Garage. This has now been transformed with decking into a lovely evening sun spot

We appointed Dan and his team to re-landscape our back terraced garden. The work entailed building 3 retaining walls, removable of soil from site, built steps, face brickwork, and grading the lawn. The project scope was a lot more work than I initially anticipated and with our terraced garden and limited access to the rear, Dan’s process and planning put us at ease. The job was well thought out and the progress throughout the project ran like clockwork. Dan showed a real interest in our job and listened to our preferences. He supplied a prompt and very clearly itemised quotation. He has a friendly and professional team. They are polite and quiet workers and always leave the site tidy. They are hard working in all weathers, erecting gazebos over relevant areas for protection. They took pride in their work and nothing seemed too much trouble. Dan was interested in the finished look to blend with our house. Highly recommended.

Dan and his team did an excellent job on our garden. They extended a raised area of lawn, put in raised beds with sleepers and did a small area of patio work. The guys worked incredibly hard in varying weather, worked quickly and finished to a high level of quality. I definitely recommend them!

It is a shame to have to write this as it all started out so well. But as 2 months has turned in to 10 months, a non responsive Dan, a reluctancy to turn up and a disregard to professional commitment, the job still isn't finished. We did have one of the wettest periods and COVID's during the job but the team worked throughout and clearly kept taking on jobs and ignored ours. Simple communication would have helped but clearly that is not their way. They won't listen to what you ask for and the quality will only be 6 out of 10. My advice, if you've got a big project, don't work with these guys. It
