I had to amend my previous review. Peter came out to look at my boiler in December and I asked him to fix two radiators that were not working, he had previously told me they needed to replace the TRV valves so I asked him for this work to be done, he said you need to call a plumber which is a load of nonsense, asked him multiple times to do the work but he was unwilling to replace a couple of TRV valves and replace one radiator bracket. I organised for another heating engineer to do the work, took an hour and rads working again. Unfortunately Peter we wont be using you again and its a pity, you
