Services
We're based in Congleton, Cheshire and we have been trading since 1998, specialising in made-to-measure high quality low cost PVC strip curtains kits. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or suggestions. We manufacture bespoke PVC strip curtain kits to fit virtually any size doorway.
Your hook-on hanging rail will be transported to you in convenient, 1m long strips which are simply fitted end-to-end above above your doorway with the hooks hanging downwards. The rails are pre-drilled for both wall and ceiling mounting and your curtain kit comes complete with rawl-plugs and screws for fixing into masonry or concrete.
Sliding curtains offer an extremely flexible solution if you want a room divider or partition, or simply want to be able to slide your curtains out of the way to allow full access. Traditionally, sliding curtains have required clearance either side of the doorway for the solid rail to slide into. However, we have developed a unique sliding mechanism that enables our curtains to be fitted in rooms with limited clearance either side of the doorway.
Our flagship Crystal Clear PVC strip curtains are our best-selling product. That they are used by a diverse range of organisations, from nurseries to hospitals, SMEs and blue chip manufacturers, is evidence of their versatility and quality. Able to withstand temperatures from +38°C down to -10°C, our Crystal Clear PVC tackles most applications with ease, from pedestrian doorways in office environments to exterior warehouse entrances.
Our polar grade PVC has been engineered for use in deep freeze environments, rendering it ideal for cold stores, chilled areas, refrigerated vehicles and freezer rooms. Whilst standard PVC will go rigid at temperatures below -10°C, our freezer grade PVC will stay flexible and crack-resistant down to -40°C thanks to the addition of 'deep freeze' plasticiser during the manufacturing process.
