I just wish the battery life on the platinum handheld vacuum was longer. But I have bought another battery so that should solve that issue.
I love the platinum upright vacuum. I also bought another battery for that.
It’s so easy to vacuum up any bits on the floor. I wish I’d got one years ago.

I called gtech customer service yesterday afternoon as our gtech k9 handheld hoover had stopped working pit was still under warranty. The lady I spoke to was very polite and professional. She asked me a few questions about the hoover and told me she was placing an order for replacement parts which would be with us within 2 days. They arrived early this afternoon !

I had a problem with my Hy Lite sweeper so contacted Customer Services for help. The gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He was extremely friendly and polite and answered all my questions. He was very patient as I am not very tech savvy. He told me I needed a part which would be sent to me the next day. It duly arrived as promised and I managed to fit it together. The battery lasts about 10 minutes and takes an hour to recharge. If you have a garden any bigger than a postage stamp do not waste your money on this product
the lawn mower has also fallen apart with the handle coming detached from the chassis. They have offered to replace it but there is a 4 week lead time, so by the time the new one arrives the useless thing won't be able to be used because of the length of the grass. Terrible product and terrible customer service. On behalf of Denis Kenny.

Very good vacuum - light to use and effective for a quick clean. What is most impressive though is their customer service which is unusually good in this day and age where everyone is so rude. I have had two problems after nearly a year with the unit and each time they have replaced the part within a week and I have had same day replies to my queries. Excellent.

So, so disappointed. Ordered the Gtech AirRam Mk2 K9 and the Gtech multi Mk 2 hand held for Christmas.
The upright is very noisy, the head is too big to get down the side of furniture and does not clean to the edges or stairs, so you have to vacuum twice, once using hand held for the edges and tight places (plus walls/lights etc) and once with the upright (I have ME and limited energy so this is a big problem to me) Myself and my husband have asthma and allergies and they have been much worse since using this product. So I wouldn't recommend for allergy sufferers.

Bought a Gtech Pro ATF301. Good job it had a 2 year warranty because 1st the battery wouldn't charge then the long pipe had faulty connectors.
Now it's out of warranty a small drive belt worth a couple of pence that can be swapped over by a ten year old can't be supplied. Need to buy a new brush head at £50!! No chance. Plenty of cordless cleaners on Amazon for a little more than the price that Gtech want for the brush head and they have better review ratings! Don't waste your money.

Excellent products. We own several different Gtech vacuums and we have always been very pleased with their excellent quality. The website was easy to order from however payment via my Amazon account failed (web page became unresponsive) so had to pay via PayPal. Speedy delivery (Next day) - however - was very disappointed near angry to receive the very next day an email voucher for £50 off the very product I had just paid £149 for! Also received an email voucher for 20% off a few days later. Can highly recommend Gtech products, but angry at how their marketing emails/price reduction offers are

I ordered a K9 MK2 multi handheld on Sunday evening 6 Dec 2020, which was then due to be delivered on Tuesday, I however changed it to Wednesday with no problem. When it arrived it looked good, BUT, I discovered (1) I could not push the 3 Pin charger into my wall socket as there were rough edges all around the end of the plastic earth pin, so, I had to smooth them off with some sandpaper, so that I could push it into the wall socket! (2) The very small round charging plug that goes into the small round socket on the back of the K9 unit is (a) very hard and fiddly to push into the socket and (b

Totally mixed on my G-Tech K9 product, bought it as a package after finally being convinced by the reviews and adverts. First thing to say is that in no way does this replace a proper vacuum cleaner as its just not that powerful, it gets no where close to what I would call a "deep clean" - for example i can use the G-Tech and then go over the same space with a corded vacuum (happens to be a Dyson) and the amount of extra dirt picked up is quite worrying! i guess as a convenient, quick "run around" and pick up most of the visible bits then its great, really great, but as your only vacuum cleaner
