What a great service, came when required and kept in touch with us on when coming and getting to our house. Back upvc door (“Fullex XL” lock) fixed and upvc doors levelled up - never opened and closed so well, wish we’d got in touch sooner! Also a bedroom window lock fixed. Superb, thanks to John, can’t thank him enough.
I well recommend this company, I don’t think you will be disappointed if you use them, we certainly weren’t

Security risk to a vulnerable person as the outside door was no longer closing properly.
John arrived promptly and realigned the lock so that when the door closed it caught properly No longer does it require having the strength of Hercules to close it. Meaning peace of mind that the door will close securely and the vulnerable occupant is safe . John was polite knowledgeable and really reasonable pricing. 10 out of 10. Cant fault this business. Thank you John for your quick response.

John did an amazing job for us. He fixed our problem very quickly and gave us a full description of what had went wrong as well as some very valuable advice that we have since taken on board.
