Abingdon Flooring is the UK's largest privately owned manufacturer of quality carpets. We are a British based company with facilities in South Wales, the West Midlands and the North of England. We employ a total workforce of 400 people, currently producing in excess of nine million square metres of carpet per annum.
Brintons has been making British carpets in Kidderminster for over 230 years, and since it's humble beginnings back in 1783 quality has always been paramount. We're proud to call ourselves a British brand and around 1400 people worldwide help us to create a product which we believe is the finest available.
A family run business, we believe strongly in British craftsmanship. Embedded in our workforce is the expertise of generations of carpet makers; the sons and daughters of previous staff carry forward the skills and knowledge passed down through the years. Because we manufacture in our own factory, we have much more control and influence over the choice of raw materials and designs that make a Brockway carpet.
Our founder began selling carpet to homeowners from a market stall, then began building a reputation as a leading british manufacturer in the early seventies. Although todays tastes may be more sophisticated and choice seems to be endless, our commitment to providing the homemaker with the finest range of quality floorcoverings still stands.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents. They have just had a new carpet fitted by Chris Davidson carpets and it looks fantastic. It was a great experience from start to finish, customer service in-store was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.
The fitting team were a joy to be around, fantastic job and so very helpful at clearing up and putting back furniture. Would highly recommend this family run company.
