This is my honest review.
I had my conservatory fully refitted with a new frame new glass and a new supper light roof , The reason I have given 5 stars is the team that did the fitting did a fantastic job could not complain, ( The problem I have now is after only just over two years the glass in the door has ( Failed ) considering there supposed to use the highest quality products is just a forse , The glass that come out was 18 years old and was still fine , That’s quality “ The problem I’m having now is getting Lee Kelly’s to replace the glass after contacting them on many occasions

I wont be using Lee Kelly again. After a few years the door as dropped bad enough that my finger fits in the gap. Also when I requested a tilt and turn window they fitted the wrong window! The triple glazed bay window was poorly fitted and despite being round 3 times on a windy day the curtains still move. Ive complained several times. It seems to be a constant problem about poor fitting in other people's reviews. Buyer beware is all I can say.

Lee Kelly took our ideas to completely re-configure the bay and increase the size of the windows and turned them into a reality. Very professional from the outset with excellent attention to detail, especially the detailed measurements needed to reconfigure the bay window from 7 to 5 units.
We are thrilled with the finished result, the new bay and flush fit windows blend in seamlessly with the frontage, the build quality and finish is superb, completed on time and to budget. The end result is a house that we are really proud of, thank you for helping us achieve that.

Over the last four years, all of my windows and doors (including French doors) have been replaced by Lee Kelly Ltd and I am extremely satisfied with the work and delighted with how they look, both from inside and outside. As part of the most recent work, I provided a picture of a design with coloured glass for a large landing window and it looks beautiful .
Staff in the showroom are helpful and the gentleman who did the survey provided clear advice and was very thorough with the plans. A quotation in writing was promptly prepared. As soon as I gave the go ahead, he quickly arranged for the fitter

We recently had new doors fitted by Lee Kelly and we have to say the service provided from start to finish was fantastic. Great advice was given when choosing the doors and they arrived quickly. The fitter was absolutely brilliant and did a great job leaving no mess and removing the old doors for us. We were so impressed that we are now ordering replacement windows for the rest of the house. With more than 30 windows, with soffits, fancias and doors to be replaced I ensured I shopped around not only for the best price but also the best advice. I was particularly impressed with the non pushy consultative approach of the sales team. I was slightly concerned about the lack of feedback on this site (hence my comments).
The installation team did a fantastic job minimising disruption during the project, working long hours politely answering any questions. I have since called them asking for some very minor snagging to be completed which they did without question.

I had a upvc cladded porch built on an existing base. They used the cheapest grade cladding for the whole porch. It is not fit for purpose for a front porch, as it has already been damaged by the vandal kids who live in the local area. If they had shown me a sample of the cladding they were going to use I would have rejected the idea, as I knew this thin cladding would not suffice. Also I had installed a more expensive type of 'Rockdoor' which was a ridiculous waste of money considering the weakness of the cladding surrounding it. Just wanted to share my experience having used Lee Kelly Upvc in September last year for replacement windows, doors, soffitts, fascias and guttering. From start to finish the service I received was 2nd to none.
No pushy salesman just friendly advise and recommendations.
Extremely competitive quotes.
The fitters were friendly, polite and courteous. Taking just 2 days to complete and no mess at all (everything was cleaned up and the old frams taken away). I would highly recommend this Company. A1+ for Products, Service and Price Give them a call you won't be dissappointed!!!
