We are a Manchester based Groundworks and Civil Engineering Company, our current turnover is approx 3.5 million, we anticipate that we will increase our turnover this year by approx 2% and look forwards to increasing our turnover on a year to year basis [even through this current financial crisis] from this moment on, we have been established since 2002 and our Managing Director has over 17 years experience as a ground works and Civil Engineering Contractor.

This was constructed on a 5 acre school site on the edge of the Wavertree Village conservation area, 3 miles from Liverpool city centre. The scheme comprised of 39 two bedroom sheltered flats, 27 two bedroom general needs flats, 28 two bedroom bungalows, a community centre and offices contained in the sheltered block.
