Our team of RICS accredited surveyors and valuers have over 10 years of national cross-sector experience and are fully equipped to support you throughout your project. David has worked in property since 2003. Prior to founding RES Property Surveyors, he worked in professional advisory and investment roles for international firms including Lambeth Smith Hampton, Savills and Cushman & Wakefield.
David undertakes work across all service lines, specialising in lease extension and freehold enfranchisement matters with extensive tribunal experience. Richard has worked in property since 2008. He worked in regional agency, development and valuation roles for King Sturge and JLL before a retained investment management position working for L&G.
