Services
Cathy set up Wild to Wonderful Garden Design in 2004, after many years of training in garden design & RHS horticultural disciplines. As well as creating design ideas for her customers, she also likes to be hands-on with the creation of their new gardens, advising landscapers during the build and layout, before getting fully involved in the planting of the new borders.
For example, we donate our customers' healthy but unwanted plants to Camp Mohawk, a charity for disabled children near Twyford, so that they can improve their sensory garden and woodland areas, creating lots of colour and fun for the children to enjoy. We also sponsor an evening at Henley Living Advent in December with the proceeds going to varying Henley Charities - Camp Mohawk in 2018 and Alexander Devine Children's Hospice in 2019.
If you like to entertain, you want your outdoor space to be a showcase to wow your guests, while reflecting your own personal style. This courtyard garden was designed specifically to hold impressive garden parties. On arriving, guests are led through a route of paved areas, offering plenty of areas for socialising and raised bed seating.
This garden includes borders for gentle gardening & growing flowers for arrangements, as well as areas to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. A self-contained water feature provides sound and interest near the seating area, but is safe for visiting grandchildren, who love to be free to explore the different areas of the garden.
This garden was carefully designed into separate areas for relaxation and growing produce. A sunken seating area provides a private space for relaxing amongst soft planting, while the interesting shape of the raised vegetable beds makes an attractive and productive feature. Fruit trees trained along the fences provide even more home-grown goodies!
