Seasoned Logs Report

In our tree surgery work, we wind up collecting a lot of excess wood. We recycle this into quality seasoned firewood. Locally sourced and competitively priced, our firewood is made from hardwood or mixed wood, and can be bought in any quantity - small net bags, or by cubic metre. Our staff deliver to your door in Wirral within 48 hours.

Protected Trees Report

You may find that you want to do work on a tree that lies within a conservation area, or have a tree preservation order on them. In these cases, you have to apply to the council before you are permitted make any changes. Wirral Tree Services has plenty of experience with these applications, and provides aid and support on a case-by-case basis.

Industry Standards Report

All tree work by Wirral Tree Services is carried out to the British Standard for Tree Work, (BS3998) which was last revised in 2010. This document lays out the standards and regulations for any tree work taking place in this country, to which councils insist that companies must adhere. As responsible tree workers, we always keep these standards in mind.

Excellent job taking down a large old (dead) Monterey Pine and cutting into manageable pieces. Matt and Oscar worked hard the whole day supervised by Zeus from the sidelines (safely tethered away from the debris). Great people (and dog) and would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend highly enough. I wanted a hedge of conifers removed as two looked diseased threatening adjacent trees. Matthew made an initial visit at which he gave excellent advice to treat remaining trees whilst he gave a very reasonable quote to remove others. When he came to do the job he clearly knew his job. Very professional and left the site cleared of all the waste. Thanks and well done. Would recommend without hesitation.

Yet another fantastic job from Matt. This young man knows exactly what he's doing. He's a well qualified Tree Surgeon (Reaseheath) with lots of experience to his name. We have had him back many times. He has felled large trees, lopped smaller trees, shaped bushes and trimmed extensive 12ft laurel, beech and holly hedges to a near National Trust… formal gardens standard.
