Would highly recommend Spinakker construction following a very professional job. We are very pleased with the extension and Toby was extremely good at making suggestions on how to give us maximum space in the new room whilst keeping the cost to a minimum. The whole team were friendly and polite and were really lovely towards my two young children, who were vastly interested in what was going on! Completely trustworthy and I had no concerns about them being in the house unattended. The site was kept tidy throughout. We would have no hesitation in using the company again for any further work.

We had a kitchen fitted by Spinnaker Construction and we were over the moon with the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism of the team and the time in which they did it!! Was also very happy with how clean they left the house after every day working there.

Having known Toby from undertaking a BTEC in construction nearly 18 years ago he has become a well skilled and rounded contractor. As seen in his work a professional and well planned approach from site boards, health and safety and a clean and well organised site. As an Architect its nice to know that tje work as drawn is going to be completed to a high standard. Toby's team and in particular Ian create a great client focused group. Keep up the good work.

We've used Spinnaker several times for work and would strongly recommend them for either large or small projects. Toby successfully built and managed a large extension with a complicated roofline for us a couple of years ago. He has just refitted our kitchen diner, remodelled the main bathroom and completed several smaller jobs for us. Without doubt, he is always our contractor of choice. Professional, friendly, competitively priced and high standards of workmanship.

Toby and his team renovated the entire ground floor of our house. They created an open plan kitchen, dining, living room and it has transformed our home. They organised and delivered on virtually all aspects of the job from fixing subsidence issues we had when we bought the property to electrics, plumbing, plastering and fitting our amazing bifolds! From start to finish, the team were incredibly professional and helpful to have around and always put our wishes first. Spinnaker have completed several projects for us now. Our en-suite is now a disability friendly shower room. Our 1980’s kitchen, dining room and bathroom are now an updated kitchen diner and bathroom. The plumbing and electrical supplies are renewed; the carpeted hall now has a laminate floor. Toby gave us valuable advice at the planning and costing stages and discussed progress of work throughout, either face to face or by telephone and text message.

Advice on all aspects of work excellent. Completed a brilliant job in record time. Had ceilings plastered, lights fitted in ceiling and extra plug sockets fitted. All work is completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption. First class and thoroughly recommend. Due to have further work completed in near future.

I have used Spinnaker Construction on a few occasions & always found Toby & his team to be very professional and reliable, they are also very tidy workers. They stepped in to complete a loft conversion for me when I'd been let down by my builder & I was very impressed with the quality of their work, which included plastering, carpentry, plumbing & tiling. They have also replaced a fireplace for me & built a cupboard in an alcove. I have no hesitation in recommending Spinnaker for large & small building jobs.

Thanks Toby for lovely work done on our bathroom. It was certainly a multi skilled operation, requiring groundwork, underfloor work on joists and plumbing, removing and replacing the tiles as well as fitting all sanitory work and the new radiator.
