Odd behaviour. I was browsing the catalogue and observed. An Asian man entered the shop patiently waiting to be served, the woman on the counter is busy with her computer. Couple of minutes later a White man entered, he is immediately noticed in less than 15 seconds and asked "How can I help ?". All this while the Asian man is still waiting! After witnessing this I just walked out.

This shop is a perfect example of what "bricks and mortar" retailers do better than online retailers. They give great advice are super helpful and even incompetent fools like me don't feel so useless after visiting them. Great shop. Shout out to Chris who has gone beyond what you'd expect of normal customer service.
