Very prompt, reliable and professional service, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone requiring drain repair and maintenance services.
Phoned on a Sunday afternoon worried about a potentially blockage in our drains and received a call back in under half an hour. Arranged a visit for the next day (Monday). A complex fault was found quickly, in a neighbour's shared drain and fixed very efficiently, to both of our satisfactions.

The school I work at always calls TCM if we have a problem with our drains. (Our drains are very old and need replacing). Tom always come the same day and fixes our problem. It was a pleasure having Tom and associate here to help us assess our drains with a CCTV Survey. From ensuring access, to bringing some great equipment. Unfortunately, we hit an issue in our drain which required builders coming to break open for access - Tom insisted on coming back and refused any payment until the job was finished. Thank you, Tom!

We've had TCM Draincare diagnose and fix issues with our drains that were causing unpleasant sewage smells. While it is often difficult to determine the cause for this type of problem, they found two clear problems and solved those, and also offered to do some work on our neighbor's drains for free because the work they were doing on ours was right next to the neighbor's drain which clearly had the same defect. We're very pleased with the results, and would recommend TCM Draincare.

We emailed TCM Draincare in the evening and 15 minutes later Tom replied by phone. He arrived the following morning and quickly cleared our blocked drainage pipe. He then carried out a camera survey of the pipe and discovered tree roots as the cause. A few days later, he arrived to repair the damaged pipe with a resin sleeve which he fitted via the manhole with the help of rods and some smart technical equipment. No digging necessary!
All this work was done very professionally and courteously with lots of clear explanations and at a very reasonable cost. I have no reservations in recommending

Excellent, speedy service. I called about a blocked surface drain at my house in Ilkley at 09:30. They came later the same morning, and efficiently traced the blockage and dealt with it, including a CCTV check to make sure everything was sorted. I'm a very happy customer, and would definitely use again.
