Services
It is generally desirable to allow a tree to grow naturally both for aesthetic reasons and for the health of the tree with a non-intervention approach adopted where necessary. There are, however, times when tree trimming or pruning is required, for example, to increase light to a property or to maintain a more compact crown size.
We undertake a range of work for clients on a daily basis, but listed below are a few notable projects that illustrate the diversity and breadth of our expertise. SCOPE: Soil decompaction work to historically important Lucombe Oak tree showing signs of decline. SCOPE: Trial excavation to determine the presence or absence of any roots within the root protection area (RPA).
Most customers these days require removal of arisings from site and this will normally be specified in the quotation. However woodchips make a useful garden mulch and we are increasingly finding clients requesting that the chips are left for their own use. Timber may also be useful for firewood. It is not normally left in sizes 'ready for the fire' unless specified.

Greencut Horticulture gave a prompt survey and estimate and were able to accommodate the timing to suit me. They arrived on time and carried out the work with precision and care . They were very happy to take in any minor alterations to the planned work and left the site very clean and tidy. The three members of the team were very polite and friendly.

I hadn't used them before but they were recommend to me. Navin surveyed the work and accurately listened to my requirements. The written quotation was fair and I decided to give them a go. The team were on time and arrived in a sign written vehicle wearing company uniform. The guys ran through the work with me which they had a copy of the requirements and they started. The work was so efficient I was left amazed. Considering they were cutting down and pruning multiple trees, I could not believe how clean my garden and walkway were once they
