You will have individual requirements and budgets when deciding what work you would like carried out in your garden. Overseeing the build at key stages to ensure quality of work and that the design is successfully translated from the drawing and made into a reality.
My aim when creating a garden for my clients is that it should first and foremost reflect their personal style and taste. Each Garden Design I create is unique to its' owner and by listening carefully to my clients and working closely with them, I can use by expertise to create a garden design that you will love and feel is truly yours.
A Planting Design project. The client looked out onto an uninspiring, rough grassed, steep slope. They wanted to look out at a sea of colour for as much of the year as possible and have a sense of the changing seasons. As the slope was extremely steep, it did not make for easy maintenance. The solution was to create a matrix of prairie style planting which, once established can largely look after its self.
The Client wanted a space that could be used all year round and that was easy to maintain, and which reflected the classical contemporary interior of the house. The pale golden colours used in the house were carried out into the garden by using a pale paving and contemporary golden coloured fencing.
The brief from the client was to harmonise the entrance to the site and to ensure the access met current legislation. The newly installed steps now reflect the scale of the cathedral like frontage of the main reception area; whilst a stylish Ramp, sweeping through the planting, ensures that the site is accessible to all.
