I called 3 heating engineers and Paulgas was the only one that actually responded to my call for help, he came to investigate within a week and then came the following day with the parts to complete the job. He was extremely polite and friendly, also charged a good proce for the job. I definitely recommend him for any job, its always a bit if a worry when trying to find a tradesman but rest assured, paulgas is a genuinely nice guy who will charge a fair price and get the job done.

They fitted new boiler and 9 radiators in our house 4 years ago. It all still runs as supposed to. Paul advised us what radiators capacity would be best. They were patient during installation - we needed radiators to be positioned quite precisely. Would definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with the service provided by guys from PaulGas. Engineers have arrived on time, they were very competent and helpful, accurately diagnosed the problem and found a solution for it. The price was very reasonable as well. As they had to confirm some details with the boiler manufacturer they did it instantly providing me with some useful additional usage instructions and even phoned again later confirming my full understanding of the topic. Top quality, professional service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!!!
