Pink Construction
We help homeowners and self-builders plan, prepare and manage building projects. From concept to completion, we work with our clients to ensure their dream becomes a reality, delivered on time and on budget. By far the best decision we made was to engage Nicola to manage the project of our barn conversion.

Manor Barn was purchased in 2001 as a derelict building. We had a clear vision and designed a conversion that transformed the former barn in to a 4 bedroom family home. Our client had the opportunity to convert a derelict barn on her family's farmland into a modern, spacious family home. Furzefield Copse was purchased in 2006, initially a 1950s house nestled in an amazing woodland plot of 11 acres.

Little Gaterounds was a small wooden holiday cottage built in the 1920s, sat in an amazing 23 acres of woodland copse. Formerly a grand period house, our client's home is the East wing of this 1920s mansion, which still boasts the original sprung ballroom floor.

We work closely with our clients to bring the project to life, ensuring even the most granular detail can be visualised at the outset.
Our client had the opportunity to convert a derelict barn on her family's farmland into a modern, spacious family home. We worked with the architects and structural engineers to design a home that met both the planners' strict criteria and our client's strict budget. Retaining the integrity of the original barn's steel structure we project managed the design and build of a 5 bedroom home with stunning views on to pastureland.
Little Gaterounds was a small wooden holiday cottage built in the 1920s, sat in an amazing 23 acres of woodland copse. With the help of our architect, we successfully obtained planning permission to build a replacement house and ultimately demolished the original dwelling. We undertook every aspect of this build - from buying every item to engaging each and every contractor.
Formerly a grand period house, our client's home is the East wing of this 1920s mansion, which still boasts the original sprung ballroom floor. Our brief was to help our client increase the size of her home so that her family could enjoy three-generational living. Being a period house, it was essential that we were sympathetic to its origins, whilst creating a modern space for extended family living.
