Their simple one piece panel construction makes them simple to operate and very affordable. Comprised of four or five sections hinged together to form a single door, sectional garage doors open vertically and then slide back horizontally.
This clean vertical opening movement means that the bottom of the door doesn't kick out, allowing cars to park right up close and the top doesn't lean in allowing sufficient internal space for higher backed cars like 4x4s.Sectional doors are ideal for both wider and higher openings and offer greater security, insulation and draught proofing as well as a more contemporary aesthetic.

Tatham's fit a garage door for us today and what a good experience it was.
The garage door is perfect and Nick was friendly, helpful, organised and worked to the highest standards. He also explained thoroughly how everything worked, how to clean and maintain the door and all the fittings.
Would definitely recommend........

A great experience from start to finish. A very good price for a quality product fitted by an old time true craftsman who cares about not only the work but also the finish. He left the place clean and tidy, re positioning the new door and frame to hide older marks. Nick is a very nice chap and I am very pleased to have met him and glad I chose him to do my job. ( he likes lots of cups of tea ). It's been a pleasure.
