I went it with a request for none standard fencing posts and the young guy there couldn't have been more helpful, he even phoned his boss for advice and had a look around for some old pallets for me.

Recently purchased some concrete fencing posts and gravel boards for a new fence at the rear of my property. From the minute that I telephoned the office to place my order, I was treated as a valued customer. No pressure to buy particular posts or baords. Just friendly advice and guidance. My order was promptly delivered by young Liam who couldn't do enough to help unload the posts and place them in a safe place.
What a complete contrast to some retailers who make you feel unwanted as customer. This firm made me feel as if they were there to help and guide me to purchase exactly what I wanted

I went here today for the first time. I could not have received a more friendlier welcome. I wanted advice on trellis. I was shown all the options and then shown some more examples in construction. Social distancing was strictly adhered to but this did not stop Debbie and her colleagues providing a really information, friendly and great service. I shall not be going anywhere else for anything timber related.
