We managed to purchase our hot tub during lockdown as we'd already been to visit Aqua at Smith's Uxbridge and thought now's as good a time as any! Angela did a great job, responding that same evening and managed to source delivery of a Wellis Jupiter (in the colour we wanted) from Hungary within 3 weeks! She also recommended just the one recliner instead of two, giving us more options, which we really like. Payment was by bank transfer and credit card and all was fine. The installation went as planned and the guys gave us plenty of advice. Overall we're very pleased, so well done and thank you

We had a first class service. Sunil, the company representative was helpful and efficient. He guided us through the process of siting the tub, installation of the cabling and base and then organising the tub. Everything went really smoothly. It came on the day we were promised with 2 great guys who installed it.
We have now had a chance to use it and we are delighted. Really pleased it came with steps, and great cover. Love the lights, waterfall and sound system. Could not fault the whole process. Thank you very much.

Nothing better than a team that lives and breathes hot tubs and accessories. What aquatubs doesn't know about hot tubs probably isn't worth knowing. From initial viewing to demos to installation, everything has been a breeze.
The team is utterly professional and all maintenance and water chemistry queries are answered 7 days a week. Top notch service and experience.

Amazing service, and outstanding advice given at each step of the way. Sunil advised us where would work best for the hot tub in the garden and rather than just having the hot tub; to make more of a feature in the garden with it and what we needed electrical wise for it. We listened and so pleased we did. Even after having the hot tub installed over 6 weeks, I called for advice. Freely given and good it was too. The whole experience from initiation though to delivery, set up and after care was outstanding and good to know that there are great companies that still care out there.
