Excellent service from beginning to end. Our fit wasn’t the norm, as we needed bifolds with triangular window above. Surveyor ensured the fit would be bang on and spent over 2 hours setting the measurements. Fitting team turned up on time, doors were a perfect fit and all done on the day. Fitter gave a full demonstration of use before leaving and everything was left neat and tidy, inside and out.

Great experience through the whole process. Lite Haus and Schuco doors came recommended by several neighbours and they were not wrong. From viewing the doors in the showroom and looking round the factory through to fitting the process was very easy despite the complications of Covid19. Very please with the end result of the bi fold doors and would certainly recommend Lite Haus - just looking forward to next summer now when we can spread outside!

We were really impressed with the knowledge and advice provided by staff at Lite Haus UK Coventry branch. We designed the extension ourselves and had a vision which included some corner glazing. Lite Haus UK really understand how their products work and were able to explain and help us visualise this in our drawings, which really helped discussions with our structural engineer and builder.

Through each step of the process they were faultless. The were easy to get hold of to arrange appointments and discuss plans, and we were able to visit the factory and understand the processes.
The actual installation was carried out to a high standard, the workmen were great! Really efficient and explained the after care really well.
Finally, the customer service team are second to none. I contacted them recently 2 years after the first contact as I had lost my warranty and needed it for my house sale. The team sent it to me in

No hesitation to recommend Oliver and his team. We installed large sliding and folding doors to a high spec extension where the inside floor needed to be level with the outside patio. Just had Lite Haus replace our old patio doors with bi-folds. Couldn't be happier. Staff have been friendly, helpful and professional. Fitters did a great job and were very conscientious. The doors are fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Went to Lite Haus on the basis of a friend's recommendation ourselves.
