We would rate them 10. Still loving our kitchen and everyone who visits us for the first time say “wow” so it’s still got the wow factor we wanted. We use it more than any other room in the house and using it more and more these days now we are in lockdown.

Excellent experience with Room by Room. Steve coordinated all of the various tradesmen to deliver exactly on time. He and his team have a keen eye for detail to ensure the finished product will be high quality and something that you will love for years to come. I'm really pleased with the outcome and the whole experience was stress-free

Steve gave us some excellent design ideas, suggesting an extractor fan (in it's own "cupboard" with plenty of space to put spice jars, condiments etc) as opposed to a cooker hood (which would've interfered with the "streamline" effect of the kitchen) He recommended an Induction hob and a glass splash back, all of which were brilliant ideas we hadn't thought of.
The only minor negative is the built in microwave which is slightly too high for us. For taller people the height would be ideal. The microwave ceramic disc on the ceiling of the appliance is also impossible to keep clean. Seems to be a

Steve and his team did an excellent job in designing and building the furniture for our home office. We are delighted with the result.
The quality is excellent and workmanship cannot be faulted.
It’s good to find a company that listens to your requirements but is also not afraid to make useful and helpful suggestions. Their experience was invaluable. Would fully recommend Room by Room.
