Once the initial 12 month manufacturer's warranty ends we strongly recommend that you arrange an annual maintenance check to ensure that your alarm remains in good working order.

We cover the whole North West region and can usually respond within four hours. If you encounter any problems or have any technical queries just call our alarm helpline. Some problems can even be resolved over the phone using remote diagnostic technology.
