Jamie from Alveston has been a total professional from the beginning right through to the end. Having been in the construction industry for over 25 years I can confirm that it is rare to find a company with the values and integrity of Alveston. I would have no issue using them again.

Right from the word go, I liked Jamie. He seemed to know what we wanted from our loft, but also knew how to do it. Some companies suggested taking out the 3rd bedroom for the stairs. So a 3 bed into a 3 bed?
Not Jamie. He knew he could get a spiral staircase in.
The lads on the 2 teams were brilliant. From start to finish they were great. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but that's to be expected from a 1930's house. The room we have is nothing short of amazing. It's so elegant, but so useable. Who knew I needed an ensuite in my life.

From start to finish I can't fault Alvaston Loft Conversion's, they have built a fantastic hip to gable and dormer conversion for us on our semi detached property in Sutton Coldfield that both my wife and I are extremely happy with. Like all projects we had highs and lows but Jamie and his dedicated and flexible team stuck to the timeframe they specified, and believe me I had reservations that they could do the task so quickly. The design phase was painful and time consuming, but not due to Alvaston's, this was down to the local planning office. Jamie and Scott the architect were happy to go the

So impressed by Alvaston from start to finish. Superb work, which was completed on time and to a great standard. From the plasterers to the plumber to the builders, to the roofers, they were all really great to have around. When you're having a loft conversion, it helps when the neighbours like your builders! I could not recommend Alvaston highly enough ... and for the work they completed (one loft converted into two bedrooms and a shower room), the price was also very reasonable.

Alvaston were very helpful from the beginning to end. from design to drawings of kitchen with friendly helpful staff and builders. we had home taken back to bare shell and brought to a high spec which was daunting but finished product was well worth it. hoping to have back in near future to do loft conversion
