Unlike other companies we photograph each and every project we do in minute detail, and create a montage video, which is then with the clients permission put up on our youtube page.
Converting your loft into a habitable space is a big decision, initially cost is the biggest thought on anyone's mind and rightly so, the beauty of converting the space already contained within your home is that it is less expensive than building out, won't take up any precious garden area, and makes use of the dead space in your home.
Occasionally a customer only wants to turn their attic space into a comfortable office, or a playroom for the kids. Without going through the planning process.
Whilst we always advise that gaining building warrants is the best route, sometimes the time it takes to go through the process, or available funds for the project, or in a lot of cases the lack of head height in the attic to comply with building regulations, means that a customer wants a room, and wants it as soon as possible at the least expense possible.

Ray and Logan completed our loft conversion in October 2021. We are very happy with the services provided by them both (and Ray's son Jayden who helped out) - they were respectful of our home and polite to the whole family. Each day the progress that had been made was explained to us, as well as what the plan for the following day would be. Despite this we still could not believe they managed to get the conversion done in just 2 weeks! Ray was quick to consult with us if there was a particular decision to made, allowing us to add our own personal touch to the conversion. He also went above and

Canât believe in less than 3 weeks we have our dream conversion complete. I done a lot of research before contacting ray and soon realized I knew very little until I spoke to him. I contacted at least another 5 people at the same time as ray and letâs say with his first message back he superseded everyone else who got back to me. He spent alot of his own time chatting, emailing all the info and coming to see the house on a couple of occasions.
Both Ray and Logan are superb and professional tradesmen - they are in with some of the most professional people

I contacted Ray for advise and I quickly received a reply with the information that I needed. When I decided to check that my attic was suitable Ray visited and checked the attic and gave me options and he was able to plan out what would be best for my house layout. When Ray & Logan began the work they were fantastic. They told me what they were planning to do and each day we could see the difference and the horrible dingy attic space was transformed into a fab bright room with eaves storage in 11 working days. The attention to detail is amazing, even offering to fit a velux blind made everything

Excellent service and very professional. Ray is a very honest and genuine guy! I had an attic conversion completed during the summer holidays (with kids running about!), Ray and Logan worked like troopers to complete the work on time and were amazing with the kids đ the conversion was carried out almost 2 years ago and I havenât had any issues with the work carried out as it is all done to very high standards. The extra room has been great for my family. I would highly recommend Ray and his company.

From the first time we talked to Ray we knew we wanted him to complete our attic conversion. He was friendly and so knowledgeable. We even went on holiday during some of the time Ray was completing the job. The daily updates on Facebook kept us informed of how the project was going. We had initially planned for a one room loft conversation but after the amazing advice from Ray we ended up going for a two room extension using the available space. Changing our property from a 3bed to a 5bedroom house giving our kids the much needed space and privacy of their own room each.
The work was carried out when we were out of the country on holiday so a lot of trust was placed in this company leaving them as key holders to our property, giving them full access to all our belongings. Had our attic converted by Ray & logan(Edinburgh & Fife attic conversions). Our old attic was probably like most people's a bit dark cluttered with stuff collected over the years. As soon as Ray started work even after the first day you could see an immediate improvement. Once the plasterboard & window was in WOW unbelievable. Now we have a fantastic clean bright attic space within a week.Nothing was too much trouble for Ray & he even had time to give my neighbour some advice.
